The HOBBY LIVESTOCK display and Competitions are held in the Sheep Pavilion at the Show
We’ve got super cute Pygmy goats, Miniature Mediterranean Donkeys and Valais Blacknose Sheep from Malakai Farm & Valais Blacknose Australia; Miniature Scottish Highland Cattle & Miniature Poll Highland Cattle from Stoneywood Miniature Farm Livestock & The Poll Highland Cattle Society and Miniature Babydoll Sheep from Stoneywood Farm.
The Alpaca Young Paraders Competition returns to the Whittlesea Show. Young Paraders is an alpaca/rural skills-building program including show competition events that showcase alpaca activities, designed specifically and exclusively for young people between seven and 26 years of age.
The program is set up for young people to have fun, learn about and enjoy alpacas and to transition interested youth through various stages of learning. It is designed to demonstrate the bond that develops between alpacas and their handlers, and the skills required for their management.
Sheep are a major attraction at the Show with classes for Wool and Meat Sheep, Coloured Sheep and Prime Lambs. 
A full Competition Program on Day 2 of the show demonstrates that sheep are a major agricultural attraction and patrons can walk amongst the sheep and speak to their handlers.
This is your opportunity to meet the breeders of a range of cute animals face to face and learn about the care and needs of Hobby Livestock.
